Find an experienced welder-engineer to check their real (practical) capabilities in welding. (You cannot determine their capabilities without a specialist.) I send you a page where the European symbols can be seen (https://www.weldinginfo.org/welding-technology/welding-symbols-types-diagrams-dimensions-advantages/). They have to know at least the main ones and the main types of welding. Let that person check this (theoretical) knowledge as well. If somebody know the symbols but not the European ones, he still can be a good applicant if he learns them while waiting for the papers.
Can find people with not just welding but also assembling capabilities,
Main criteria to the candidates as welders/factory workers:
• Welder certificate of welding in category MIG/MAG (135/136-half automatic welding machine)
• At least 3 years experience in welding in the mentioned method (will be tested)
• Knowledge of European drawing symbols in welding
• Good command in English (will be tested)
• Being open and capable to work in a (very) new cultural environment
• Being in the position and capable mentally to work away for a couple of years (for instance no open issues left at home) Additional criteria (advantage) for the candidates:
• International welder’s certificate
• Capability (experience in) working as an individual assembler of metal structures
• Experience of working in Europe
The position offers a two year working contract and supposes a combination of working as a welder in case of more demand of welder’s works and working in a factory as an operator (not welder) incase of less welder’s works.
Salary prospection:
Work inside the Hungary or outside the Hungary will decide by Mother Company

The detailed conditions for each candidate will be given in the working contract of the employer. However all candidates are responsible for following the rules and policy of the employing company and the company where the work has to be performed and executing the job with respect and on the best possible quality during the whole period of working relationship(s). All responsibility for any possible inadequate execution by the employer bears the employer.
Expenses for Candidates
( Euro 1 = Rs. 353.00 )
+ May request refundable deposit for two years for the benefit of company. Amount will be approximately one month salary.
